Value Enhancement – The exit planning opportunity
This is an interactive network event. All business advisor’s, (potential advisors), accountants, bookkeepers are welcome.
Peter Hickey will lead the session and demonstrate what a value enhancement gap is and how to work with a client on an exit plan.
Exit planning is a significant opportunity. Working with your clients on a plan to exit or retire. One of the fundamental stepping stones is business value.
Business Owners should set goals on the value of the business now and the value of the business at exit. We will demonstrate using a worked example and a form on how you go through the process.

You will walk away with the confidence to provide great advice to your clients in a way that has been tried and tested by best practice advisors.
We will then split up into groups where advisors from all different fields can talk about their first-hand experiences. We will then re-convene into the larger group and discuss the best tips from the group.

Meet other Business Advisors from the Institute. Build good relationships. Discuss opportunities and potential referral work. Immediately following this months presentation is our monthly networking session. Meet other business advisors from your area.
This is a live and interactive event, which will be a lot of fun. Anyone that has built a practice should bring at least one tip for the group.
